We walked into the cafe, and order some iced coffee. We sat down in the comfy chairs by the window. I took a couple deep breaths and started from the beginning:

“Okay, so I woke up early and tried to get in a couple shots before photography class-”

“Lex, youre already taking shots before class? its not even 9 am yet and-”

“shots, as in pictures! I know I like drinking but wow..”

we laughed for a while. gina knew I was a pretty big drinker so I guess I had that coming.

“well… are you gonna continue?!” she asks excitedly.

“oh, right! so anyways, I grabbed my camera and walked around the campus for a little while, when I came across John and his band-”

“BAND?! HES IN A BAND?!

“oh *****, i you didnt know that, I havent gotten there yet. hold on! So anyways, I heard him singing and I was amazed. So, I walked to my class and sat on the steps to listen a little more. When they finished, I decided to focus back on photography; so, I went to take a picture and he bumped into me. He felt so bad about it, he’s such a sweetheart. But needless to say, we starting talking..”

We finished our conversation and headed back to the dorm. We laid down for a while when there was a knock on the door. It was our friend Gia. She lived across the hall from us. She was really young and really adorable. We laid on Gina’s bed a watched a couple episodes or supernatural before Gia popped up.

“Oh! Guys I forgot to tell you the whole reason I came in here! There’s a party tomorrow night. It’s at this girls apartment-off campus, but not to far- but it’s bigger than a dorm so there’s gonna be a lot of people. Her name is Brittney. She’s in my physics class, she told me to invite anyone and everyone.”

***** yes! but I’m pretty sure Brittney is Erin’s friend-well she was sitting with her when we were walking to the cafe- but I didn’t want to tell Gina that. I was afraid she wouldnt come, and I needed her there.

“yess! I could use a drink. Beer pong table here I come.” I said, extremely excited. “We need to go shopping. Let’s go, I’m driving.”

We got in my car and headed to the mall. This party was the first of many and I had to get an amazing outfit- my friends need to look hot too!
